Shipping & Delivery


You will be able to select a shipping service during the checkout process. We offer few shipping services – FedEx, UPS, USPS, ePacket or EMS, including Ground and Express Air options.


We offer free shipping to 48 states in the USA for selected branded products from our warehouses in the USA.

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS to customers worldwide.


We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


Shipping time varies also by warehouse location.

From our multiple warehouses in the USA to 48 states in the USA: 1-6 business days.

From our non-USA warehouses* (China, Russia, Turkey, etc.):

We make NO guarantees on the delivery date or shipping date regardless of the shipping method selected.
All shipping times do not include our 1-5 day processing time, the day of the shipment, holidays, or weekends.

We really do our best to process your order asap and most orders are shipped on the next business day.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
