Return Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, in each step, we incur various irreversible fees:

  • Payment Processing Fee – usually, it’s 2.9% + $0.30 per each payment (+ an additional 0.6% for international cards, + an additional 2% fee if currency conversion is required). Please find more about our merchant providers and their fees at Stripe and PayPal pricing page respectively.
  • Restocking Fee – up to 15%.
  • Shipping Charges – available on all carriers’ websites.

Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed, canceled or returned, we are unable to do it free of charge.

By clicking the “Place Order” button you are authorizing the above total to be billed to your card and the sale is final.

NO CREDITS OR CHANGES CAN BE APPLIED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • Orders that are canceled BEFORE the package has been processed for shipment are subject to a payment processing fee.
  • Orders that are canceled AFTER they are processed and packaged for shipment are subject to a payment processing fee and restocking fee.
  • Orders that are canceled AFTER shipment or that are refused at the time of delivery will be treated as Return with all applicable fees – payment processing fee and restocking fee. All return shipping fees will be a customer expense. Please follow our Returns section below for details.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us asap.

RETURNS

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to our warehouse with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products requiring service, either a warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

To obtain an RMA number, please contact us and provide the original order number, the product being returned and the reason for return or exchange. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT AN APPROVED RMA INSIDE THE PACKAGE YOU ARE RETURNING TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your order was received. Your request will be reviewed upon receipt and if approved, you will receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  • We are not responsible for any products returned without obtaining the proper RMA.
  • RMA requests applied for after 14 days from the date your order was received may be considered on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and cannot be extended or reissued. Returns must be received within 14 business days from the date of issuing RMA.
  • Incorrect or damaged products MUST be reported during 3 days after receiving the item.
  • Products cannot be installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Products must be unused and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, packing materials, manuals, supporting materials and in perfect resalable condition.
  • All return products must be insured for/or greater than the original purchase price at the customer’s price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging.
  • Products damaged or lost during the return shipping process back to our warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.
  • All returns are subject to a payment processing fee, restocking fee and any actual shipping charges that we paid.
  • If you purchased a product with free shipping and want to return it you will receive a refund of a total minus payment processing fee, minus restocking fee AND minus the actual shipping charges.
  • Any and all return requests will be handled entirely at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Not all products can be returned under our standard return policy procedures. Some items are not eligible for return for refund or exchange, unless defective. Please see below the list of the products that can not be returned:
  • Products specially marked “Non-Returnable” on the product listing page.
  • Custom made or special order products
  • Products in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage
  • If there is no original packaging and/or is missing parts or accessories
  • Products purchased during closeout sales
  • Any opened and/or unsealed software, electronic charts or cartography

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product within the eligible period, please follow the instructions in the Returns section.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT AN APPROVED RMA INSIDE THE PACKAGE YOU ARE RETURNING TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

REFUNDS

We submit eligible refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately after processing. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off the statement, and a separate credit is not issued.

Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. We’ll also send an email to you notifying about the refund.

REFUND DESTINATIONS

Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit). In rare cases, a refund back to a card may fail.
